Promas Universal Mixer cum Dryer & Blender is ideal for high valued & low volume products to be dried, mixed or blended under vacuum at atmospheric temperature or comparatively low temperature without any loss of product in grams during these processes.

The dryer is also suitable for drying the product maximum 850 C under vacuum & with precise control over temperature. The unit is suitable for intensive mixing/drying/cooling & homogenizing of paste, slurry, powder or granules. The mixing of the high viscous as well as low viscous products can be thoroughly mixed because of high speed stirrer & manually/motorised operated mixing baffle by rotating it into the opposite direction by jerks. The precise control of RPM of main stirrer gives various parameters for drying, mixing & blending the product.

After the product is dried, the product gets converted into the fine particles which retain inside the bowl due to perfect sealing of all the joints & due to online fine filter. Therefore no dust is observed from outside the bowl & thus it prevents from the loss of high value product.

Construction : 

The main bowl of the unit is vertical & conical jacketed with top dome shaped easily openable cover. The bowl assembly is mounted on the table top with quick openable clamps. The bowl is suitable for vacuum operation.

The unique feature of the unit is a bottom driven shaft is not directly in contact with material. The bowl can be easily removed & isolated from the shaft by retaining the shaft intact in vertical position along with mechanical seal. A knife type easily removable stirrer is bolted from outside at the vertical end of the shaft for user friendly operation. Stirrer consists of two knives different in shapes & sizes. The unit is table top skid mounted compact type. The unit is provided with water heating system & oil sealed vacuum pump. It can be operated through PLC based control panel for automation. Because of jacketed conical shaped bowl, variable speed stirrer & mixing baffle system, intensive Material of construction : AISI 304-304L / 316-316L

Surface Finish :

The bowl & internal parts are mirror polished to 320 grit. The bowl & the other internal parts which come in contact with the product are smooth & crevices free that ensures the contamination free operation for very high valued & low volume products.
